How do I register for a room at Devianshi?
You can easily register by clicking the 'Join Us' button on our homepage. Simply fill out the registration form with your details, preferred room type, and occupancy dates to get started.
What documents are required for the move-in process?
To ensure a smooth transition, you'll need to provide a valid government-issued ID (like Aadhaar or Passport), proof of employment or student status, and two passport-sized photographs.
Which payment methods do you accept for monthly rent?
We accept a variety of payment options including UPI, bank transfers (NEFT/RTGS), and major credit or debit cards. You can manage and track all your payments through our tenant portal.
Is there a security deposit required for booking?
Yes, a security deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required to secure your room. This deposit is fully refundable upon move-out, subject to our standard terms and conditions.
Can I pay my rent online through the website?
Absolutely. Once you are registered, you will have access to a secure personal dashboard where you can view invoices, set up recurring payments, and collect receipts for all your stay-related expenses.
